Briess Sparkling Amber is an amber colored, American malt extract. It produces a sweet malty flavor with notes of caramel. Sparkling Amber can be used in the production of many extract beers (especially Pale Ales, Red and Amber Ales, Munich Style Beers, Bock and Oktoberfest, Scottish Ales and darker beers including Porters, and Stouts) and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers.
