The Trub Trapper is an alternative to the traditional false bottoms that filters out all unwanted pelletized hops and cold break. This trapper is constructed with stainless steel and lined with food grade silicone rings that can withstand temperature up to 600°F. If the whirlpool step is added, this trapper filters out all unwanted materials in your wort, removing any potential off flavors. The Trub Trapper is sized for kettles of less than 10 gallons.
Instruction for Use
**While draining wort, keep an eye on liquid level. When liquid gets to top of Trub Trapper, slow the flow of liquid so that the level inside of the Trub Trapper is equal to the level on the the outside.
