White Labs Essex Ale Yeast

White Labs WLP022 Essex Ale Yeast is a flavorful British style yeast with a drier finish than many British ale yeasts. It produces a slightly fruity and bready character. This is a good top fermenting yeast strain, and is well suited for top cropping (collecting). It is well suited for classic British milds, pale ales, bitters, and stouts.
