White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast produces a crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. This yeast features large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor with limited banana as well as refreshing citrus and apricot notes. It is less flocculent, and sulfur production is higher.
