Fermentis SafBrew S-33 11.5 g

Fermentis SafBrew S-33 is a general purpose, widely used ale yeast. This strain is extremely consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a superb flavor profile. It is often used for the production of special top fermented beers like Belgian wheats and Trappist ales as it provides the characteristic phenolics of beer. Fermentis SafBrew S-33 provides an excellent performance in beers with alcohol contents of up to 7.5% a/v, but can ferment up to 11.5% a/v. 11.5g bag.
