Brewer's Best Paradise Seeds, also known as "Grains Of Paradise", "Guinea grains", and "Melegueta pepper", have an aroma of peppery zing, notes of citrus, and earthy pine. The Aframomun Melegueta is native to West Africa and used to flavor food during the medieval times. This ingredient is commonly used in Belgian Style Beers and Holiday Ales. It is recommended to crush them before brewing and best added at the end of the brewing process to retain the aroma.
