Gypsum, or Calcium Sulfate, will increase your water's permanent hardness while lowering your mash pH. Useful for brewers who use distilled water in order to add hardness. Gypsum can also be used to add sulfate "crispness" to the hop bitterness. 17 gm/hl will increase calcium content by 50 mg/liter.
