This 32 oz. bottle of Clearly Cold Cold Brew Equipment & Dispensing Cleaning Liquid is specially formulated for the removal of coffee oils from cold coffee preparation and serving equipment. The liquid formulation saves time by eliminating the step of dissolving powder into solution, and ensures 100% solubility. The cleaning solution comes packaged in a dual-chamber 1 liter bottle that contains a built-in measuring device.

DIRECTIONS FOR BREWING OR DISPENSING VESSELS:

1. Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water in vessel to be cleaned.
2. Soak for up to 15 minutes.
3. Drain solution.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5. Complete sanitizing step using Complete Cafe.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE WITH KEG SYSTEMS:

1. Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water.
2. Mix solution in vessel to be cleaned.
3. Soak for up to 15 minutes.
4. Flush the solution through the line.
5. Flush the line twice with clean water.
6. Complete sanitizing step using Complete Cafe.
