These Leland CO2 TapGas cylinders are 74 grams each and have 5/8" threaded necks. They are packaged in a convenient 2 pack, allowing you to use both cylinders for 1/2 kegs or use only 1 cylinder for 1/4 and 1/6 kegs. The cylinders are designed for use with the Leland CO2 PicnicTap Beer Pump and Kegco Mini Regulators. They are perfect for tailgating and other outdoor events due to their compact portability.
Warning: This product contains gas under pressure. Please use caution and keep the cartridge in an upright position while in use.

with this item will i be able to carb and server a 5 gallon on just one cartridge?

Answer:
Technically NO. 1 Cylinder is designed to push the volume of 1/6th bbl keg. so you will need extra gas to force carbonate the keg with one of those, then will need another to push the full 5 gallons out.
