This commercial grade lever Kegco "U" System Lever Handle Keg Coupler is compatible with European "U" system kegs like Guinness® and Harp kegs. The coupler features a 55-psi pressure relief valve and a nickel-plated forged brass body with a stainless steel probe. To tap a keg all you have to do is pull out and then down on the lever handle to properly couple the keg.

Does this come with a barb fitting to connect to the beer line? If not what is the thread size so I can order an appropriate barb coupler?

It does not come with it. However, you can add the Hose Nipple Attachment in the options.
