Q&A

This Perlick 630SS Stainless Faucet and Stainless Steel Beer Shank setup allows the beer to only touch stainless steel.

Perlick Perl Forward Sealing Stainless Steel Faucet features a sealing design that seals the faucet near the spout end of the faucet, not at the rear like most other designs. This means there is less faucet area exposed to keep clean, and that area is easier to clean. The stainless steel beer shank has a 4-1/8" length with 3/16" Bore and a 3/16" ID stainless hose nipple.

Conventional wisdom has no place at Perlick. That's because Perlick's drive for innovation is legendary, leaving convention for the other guys to play with. Now, wisdom in general... well, that's another story. The new Perl Stainless Faucet from Perlick is a classic example. Its revolutionary Perl ball and floating O-ring design eliminates the need for a valve shaft. Beer gets no exposure to air; there's literally no space for mold and bacteria to grow. The Perl Faucet has fewer internal parts for better reliability.

This shank is 4-1/8" long with 3/16" Bore. A shank is used to attach a beer line to a faucet. The shank is mounted through a 1" hole in a wall, refrigerator door, cabinet, etc. The shank comes with a black flange on the front and a compression ring on the back. The compression ring is used to secure the shank to the mounting surface. All shanks come fitted with a stainless tail piece for beer line connection.

Great SS faucet combo!
Homebrewer

This shank combo is great because the nipple is built into the shank. Reduces points of possible leaks. The faucet itself looks and works great. The shank is 7/8", so drill a hole that size, not a 1" hole.

Perlick 525SS Combo
Doug

This is a very nice combo, easy to mount through side of newer model refrigerator with 1" drill bit.
A stainless steel spacer would be nice instead of the black plastic one supplied.
3/16" InBev line fits nicely on the nipple.

Great Combo Set
Alex

First tap setup I have done. Bought a few for my keezer and they work perfectly. Knew I had to go with SS and this was the cheapest price I could find. Great product. Shank fit 7/8" spade bit hole. Make sure to buy the wrench as well.

So easy.. So clean... Installation, use, and cleaning have all been a breeze. It proves that the simplest ideas are usually spot on. Thanks!

Works Perfect
mhbrewer

I ordered 4 of these for a new keezer. All parts were exactly as described and as shown in the pictures; everything matched; everything was perfect out of the package. I currently only have 2 kegs so only two taps in operation, but they pour great (I use 12' of 3/16 ID tubing - slightly slower pour which is fine - minimal foam). Product shipped and was delivered on time (ordered on a Saturday, received on Thursday).
