Shive and Keystone Diameter--Are these the same size? Specifically, the barrel we have has no hole in the top for a keystone, so I need to know what size hole to make. Thanks!

The keystone part # you put in the question will fit a hole that is 1 3/8" - the shive on our Cask Kegs is 2 1/8"
