Aluminum Foil Tape 2.5" x 60 yds HVAC Grade

One of the tapes used in making glycol trunk line joints and junctions, aluminum tape is used after the moisture barrier tape and before additional insulation or PVC foam tape as an added insulator for the product and glycol lines. This tape has been designed with a dead soft aluminum foil with aggressive pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. It provides instant, water-resistant adhesion to clean, dry surfaces and bonds well to unequal surfaces. This aluminum adhesive can also be used for vapor barrier protection, waterproof sealing, heat reflection and dissipation, masking in paint stripping and electroplating. It also performs well in both low and elevated temperatures while remaining flexible, and resists cracking and lifting.
