I was not prepared for the enormity of this beast. It says it is good for larger mashes, but it could also be used as a paddle if it didn't have holes in it.
It was back ordered and too a couple weeks to arrive, but is a thing of beauty. Well constructed and finished, I can't see any way this would bend or break the way my plastic one does. Add to that the fact that is going to be way easier to keep clean/sanitized than a plastic one , once it gets scratches on it, or a wood one, and I AM SUPER SATISFIED.
Cant wait to brew with it...
