Weyermann Abbey Malt is a Belgian-style honey malt with plenty of malty residual sweetness, with notes of honey, nuts, and chocolate. Excellently suited for Belgian monastery brews as well as lambics and fruit beers. Suitable for traditional Abbey ales, as well as Trappist beers.
