Oak Smoked Wheat malt can add a wonderful smokey taste to just about any beer you make. The oak smoked flavor is an interesting substitute for cherry, beech, or peat smoked malts in any smoked beer, or an interesting addition to any wheat beer or ale. Suitable for wheat beers as well as any smoked beer style. Also perfect for the often over-looked but recently revived Grodzizkie (Grätzer Beer) style.
