Lalvin ICV D-47 wine yeast produces white wines of superior quality. The complex carbohydrates impart an enhanced mouthfeel. ICV D-47 accentuates varietal character and contributes ripe tropical fruit and citrus notes.This vigorous fermenter is well suited to Chardonnays, Roses, and wines that will have a malolactic secondary fermentation. It may also be used in mead in conjunction with yeast supplements.
