It was exactly what was described and arrived very promptly. Smaller than my old wine cooler and a lot Quieter. To turn the light on you have to unlock it everytime, buy very pleased with my purchase.

Can Casina Series 28 be enclosed within a cabinet such as a kitchen island?

Possibly if the unit has 3 inches of clearance on all sides, or the back is open and can expel the hot air away from itself. Trapping the hot air is not recommended and it will kill the unit quickly.
