never has it been so easy to store both Bordeaux style bottles, Burgundy style bottles and most uniquely shaped bottles (not all but most) all in the same fridge. We are thrilled and have made a few wine friends quite jealous. Love it!

Just set it all up and have started stocking the coolers. It's twin, or tandem coolers: one with right hand hinges and one with left hand hinges. Leveling them evenly with each other takes some effort but not too difficult. Fours stars is for the sound level; they are not silent and we are glad we decided to locate them in a room we don't spend a lot of time in. Temperature control is very nice and will only become more stable as we add more bottles to the cooler. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

I did a lot of research and bought the FlexCount Dual Zone wine refrigerators based on both the price point and the positive ratings I read on the internet.

I've only had the units for a week, but so far I'm extremely pleased.

Positives: Very attractive unit. The drawer storage is (for the most part) brilliant. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The refrigerator plugs into a standard outlet and (according to my electrician) draws very little power. My entire wine collection fit into the coolers and I can access any bottle I want at any time with relative ease. Special shelves for champagne bottles are perfect.

Negatives: A couple of bottle styles don't store easily. For example, long skinny bottles with high shoulders don't "nest" properly so you can only use the front row. Fat stubby bottles may interfere with the drawers' ability to open and close easily. The drawers don't open all the way so you can't easily read the labels on bottles in the back row.

Be prepared, the units are quite heavy. I rented an appliance dolly and moved them into the basement myself. At some point physics took over and the 310 pound refrigerator nearly pulled the 190 man down an entire flight of stairs. This is a 2 person job even with the appliance dolly, which I highly recommend.

I did buy the 3 year warranty -- hopefully I won't have to use it.

On balance, I think this has been a GREAT purchase!

I put them in my garage and they seem to be do great. Since it is two that you put side to side I was not able to get them square(though it could be the garage). The shelf spacing is perfect.

The unit(s) are quiet and hold a good steady temperature. The absolute best thing is the larger wine bottles fit exactly like they state! I am able to get 11 of the larger bottles on a shelf although it is snug.

My only complaint is the temperature settings. I have two top quality thermometers, one in each side. In order to keep my red wines on both sides at the same temperature I have to set one about 4 degrees higher than the other. That is a very small complaint for an otherwise perfect wine refrigerator!
