We ordered two wine coolers for about $1,500. The units we purchased arrived three days after the scheduled delivery date. The delivery service sent one guy with a small handcart that he claimed would not be sufficient to bring them up the eight steps onto the porch so he left them in the driveway. My wife and I moved them into the house using my own handcart . The units look great. The wine rack roller system in thi model is better most. The racks in one of the units were laying loose in the unit indicated that it may have been handled roughly during shipping. One rack was broken. Flipping the door swing was more difficult than on my full size fridge requiring multiple tools. The units are a bit louder than I expected. Overall I like the units I bought, not sure they are the best value.

Haier 50 bottle wine fridge. VERY disappointed. Cannot say if the fridge was any good. Fridge arrived very damaged. Outer boxing in good shape. Inner box had a big tear on one side and a puncture area on the other side. This would have been a built in.wine fridge so a scratch would have been no problem. This one had a huge dent on one back corner, so much that it was dented inside at the cooling area. Door was bent, hinges had been bent out of alignment. Our contractor said it looked like a fork lift had run into it and fridge had probably toppled. We lost all confidence in ordering from this company. Reps very pleasant when I called for return but did not follow up as they said they would. Took me 2 more phone calls to get issue resolved. They did refund our money but it took another.call to get the refund on the extended warranty. I now have no wine fridge and would prefer to pay more and buy locally.

My Wine Refrigerator arrived last week. It runs very quiet and the rollers on the shelf are very nice. It was a great addition to our kitchen.
