Excellent quality. This is my second Allavino wine refrigerator and purchased because my first is still awesome. Very easy set up, great shelving, and quiet. Never had an issue with my first one.

My delivery came relatively quickly from across the country. Their customer service staff was helpful from purchase to delivery.. The unit arrived very well protected by a thick styrofoam encasement. It is very heavy so if you do not select white glove delivery you will need a least two strong bodies to move it to your desired location. My u it came with two handle styles which was an expected plus. Only down side was the instructions were not clear o. which screws to use or if washers were to brushed or not. A call to C/S learned that up. The unit is quiet and is operating well for the 3 days in use.

I have two wine refrigerators, this is by far the best for the money it holds 160 various size wine bottles and keeps them at my desired temp. Highly recommended. Allavino is a great product.

Wow! The packaging on this cooler was so impressive, entire unit completely covered in “cut to fit” styrofoam. Unpacked unit, leveled it, added handle, wiped it down and strapped it to wall for safety. Waited 24 hours before turning it on. Set temp for upper and lower zones. Unit reached settings in about 5 hours. Waited a couple of hours hours before adding about 24 bottles. Added 24 more the next morning. Will repeat adding 24 at night and then 24 in the morning until I run out of bottles.

Really nice looking unit. Very quiet as well. My unit sits on ceramic tiles and I can barely hear it running. The shelf glides slide in an out with little effort. My only want at this time is to find nice Label Hangers to hang on the 1/4” wood shelf slats. Love this unit so far!

I purchased this wine refrigerator, online, and in the process talked with Beverage Factory to coordinate delivery. They were very helpful. The contracted delivery service was also very courteous; he even helped transport it into my home (even though he was not required to do so.)
I have now had this unit about a month, and it's working properly, very quiet, and overall a good solution. I have not tried to fill it, totally, with different types of bottles (so the capacity might be a little less than the advertised 172#). Regardless, it's been as good or better than expected/desired.

Because this ended up being placed on a carpeted section of our home, I purchased a 3/4" cabinet grade plywood at 26"x26", primed and painted black on the top side only. This seems to be working to prevent damage to the carpet and provide ample breathing room for the cooler. It's free standing and looks very impressive.

We chose the curved handle and placed this 6ft unit between a tall kitchen cabinet and tall hutch, which seemed to downplay it's size in the room.

Noise comes in cycles. It can be dead quiet, then a gentle fan, then the compressor (similar to a kitchen fridge), then a pulsing sort of cycle, then back to quiet...... the noise is something we will become accustomed to, much like the pendulum clock with chimes nearby. The noise was expected and what we are hearing is not a deal breaker. So far we really like this unit. It has lots of space inside and the rolling trays are well made. Overall, it's a serious wine cabinet that looks great.

Shipped directly to our home with some rips and scrapes on the cardboard box, but absolutely no damage to the unit. It's well packed in fitted styrofoam pieces that cover every inch. We had no problems moving it into our home as we have a good dolly and appliance straps. It's a big heavy unit, so use two people for rolling it into place.

Overall, we feel it's a good purchase. We bought from Beverage Factory years ago and we trust the company. We were so glad they could ship all the way up to Napa.

so fay it is all ok, the unit will really only hold this number if it is the perfect size bottle. we have found that most white wine bottles will not stack as close as needed to utilize the space. even some reds are oversize enough that they will take two spaces.

Easy to store our wine - flexible shelf choices.

The delivery process was a nightmare. Paid for "white glove" and had to spend hours getting the delivery done properly
