We needed a wine cooler unit very urgently, Benjaman answered the phone, and although they at the time didn’t have the unit I wanted in stock, he hunted for options, and found one better suited. It was delivered to our doorstep 20 hours later. He called back when he said he would also. Nothing worse when someone says that and the you end up chasing them.
Quick response and delivered the goods.

I purchased this as a replacement for a15 year old unit in an enclosed wine closet. Installation was straight forward. It colds quickly with a standard amount of nose. I have it 4 stars because there is much confusion about where the condensation water will end up. There is no port and the instructions are unclear. There is also no contact information for the company. Otherwise, I do recommend it.
