Good for people who struggle with the corkscrew. This one wasn't as smooth as some I've had though. I'm sure it will get better with use.

Absolute best mechanical corkscrew

This is a replacement - after an exhaustive search in stores - for a beloved wooden corkscrew that fell apart after 20 years of use. The feel is natural and the mechanism so easy to use. There is no problem getting the screw drive into the cork and the cork out, no matter your skill level. Simplicity and efficiency.

The best corkscrew - I want another

I was given one like this over 30 years ago. It's been my favorite! It looks nice, is smooth, beautiful. And it works so sweet - you twist the smaller "spoke" into the cork, and use the larger one to uncork the wine (by continuing to screw it out). Mine has finally broken and I need a replacement. I've been looking for this for several years. Can hardly wait for it to come back into stock...
