Not every installation can accommodate a refrigerated cabinet, and the COMMERCIAL KEEPER line of products allows you to build an inexpensive dispensing system of any size using multiple Stopper Faucets and manifolds. Our Sparger even allows you to re-cork opened wines. These systems utilize a preset regulator and are compatible with your choice of refillable cylinder (sold separately), keeping operating costs extremely low. Our small 2.5 lb cylinder can dispense up to two hundred 0.75 liter wine bottles, while the larger 5 lb cylinder can dispense up to three hundred bottles. Larger cylinders can often be rented or leased locally, and typical refills generally cost between ten and twenty dollars. Large format Stopper Faucets are available to fit bottles ranging from three to six liters.
