Haier 26 Bottle Built-in Wine Refrigerator with Stainless Steel Door

I bought another brand 6 months ago and the rubber seal was not sealing good, it ran all the time, it had blaring blue LED lights that was on the door so it lit a room up at night so bad you wanted to drape a cloth over it. After 3 months when I pulled on the door it came off its hinge and pulled the computer cable with it causing damage to the control panel on the door. So I bought the Haier brand because of these PROS: Quality rubber seal that seals when the door shuts! The LED is NOT on the door and tucked under so you have to squat to see the temp (Thank you for thinking about this. It cuts on and off it is very quiet and it has a well thought out back light that mimics a real cellar when you open the door. I love it!!

Cons: The wine rack is for wine bottles not craft beer bottles. The beer bottles will fall through the wine rack except for every other slot (the slot meant to be dead space between two wine bottles. You can still hold some in their and I can rig a wire er something. I can't blame them because they advertise it as wine. Its a great system and you won't be disappointed in the quality!

Had a built in space prepared in our new pantry. This was one of the few units that fit the space. I've owned this brand before and it was trouble free. So far I'm happy with the quietness of the unit.

Suggest you buy feet for the base that allow you to slide the unit in without scratching the floor. Got them at a big box store.

The shelves are a bit flimsy but should do the job.

Just remodeled an oceanfront condo and installed this unit as a built-in. At 15" wide it was perfect for not taking up too much space but allowing a decent amount of storage. Incredibly quiet! No matter where you are you can't hear it running.

I had an Amana wine fridge for years and it finally went out on me. I was distraught to find that they weren't making the 15" wide units anymore so you could imagine my relief when I the folks at Beverage Factory let me know that Haier had purchased the Amana brand and just renamed them. Not to mention it's a heckuva lot less expensive than the one I bought originally. I got the unit installed the other day and the only difference is that it says Haier where my old one said Amana. I'm happy I didn't have to redesign my cabinets and glad I can expect the same performance out of this as I got out of my last one.
