Maltodextrin - 8oz
Maltodextrin is a white powder made from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat. A non-fermentable sugar used as a food additive to enhance body, mouthfeel, and head retention. Maltodextrin affects the thickness and perceived taste of beer, but doesn't contribute any significant sweetness. Typical usage is between 0.8-1.6 oz per gallon.
