The Kegco Hot Draft Tower allows you to select your perfect serving temperature down to the degree! Using 1 degree increments, select your ideal serving temperature between 140F-180F. This allows you to customize your serving temperature to the individual's taste, allowing you to provide your customers with their ideal cup of coffee! Additionally, you can serve cold brew coffee at the perfectly chilled temperature through the same tower!

This almost instantaneous heating ensures that the rich flavors extracted during the cold brew process aren't squandered. The flash heating brings the coffee to enjoyable drinking temperature but doesn't degrade the coffee or destroy the delicate aromas.
