The Kegco KM11GM-3R Grain Mill is perfect for large batches and high efficiency milling. With three rollers, all your grain will be crushed twice in one cycle. The initial crush is through the fixed gap between the top two rollers, and then the grain passes through the second gap between the drive roller and the adjustable bottom third roller. The initial pass slightly flattens the grain, getting it ready for the next crush that breaks apart the grains and loosens the starch with minimal husk damage
The aluminum hopper can hold up to 11 lbs of grains and the roller body features an alloy block frame that houses three steel rollers on stainless steel ball bearings. The drive shaft and all axles are integral to the roller, which makes clockwise or counter-clockwise drive possible. A hand crank is included, but the mill can be easily motorized with a corded electric drill. You don't need any additional attachments, just stick the drill on and go. Stainless knurled knobs allow a gap spacing adjustment range of .070". Adjusting is simple - just loosen the adjustment screws, adjust the gap and tighten the adjustment screws. Now includes a black metal base that fits over common 5 gallon buckets.

Very sturdy BenI bought this mill to crush my own grains. The first thing that got my attention was how heavy and sturdy it was. It works smoothly and does an excellent job of milling. The only knock on this product is that it did not come with instructions for assembling the hopper. I was able to download them from the internet and once I saw how it goes together it was pretty simple.

Everything I hoped for! DougThis mill is awesome! Made to work. Easy to put together. Just used for the first time & ground 12 lbs with 300 cranks by hand. Less than five minutes. All the parts are sturdy, well machined & precise. So happy to not have to leave the house to grind. I fashioned a grain box out of 3/4 plywood. Feel like I’m set😊

The Best Mill I've ever used BruceI am crushing winter wheat for cattle and chickens and this does a great job. My grandson and I did 500 pounds in about 45 minutes. Use a corded power drill at 300-500RPM. We did get a better crush for our purposes with the third adjustable roller removed to avoid the dry grain binding. The results with 2 rollers was perfect! Heavy Duty IanOnly used this twice so far, but it chews through grain like a beast. Nice heavy rollers with smooth operation, and the gap is extremely easy to adjust. Easy to put together, just download the PDF and you're off to the races!

Love this Grain Mill
CurtisHad a $150 two-roller mill from another vendor which from the first crush had large amount of metal filings right up until it stopped feeding grain, hated it from day one. I wish I knew about this mill and spent the extra money. I love, love this mill. It feeds nice, quiet, and quickly. The crush is beautiful. The two-roller mill would pulverize while this mill leaves the hulls almost intact and crushes the grain.
